Not long ago I was in your shoes – Overloaded and Overthinking. Stress levels were high. Demands ever increasing.

Those days were rough. When I’d finish work for the day my mind would bring the demanding elements home. It was never the great parts – the accomplishments to celebrate or the tasks completed. Rather it was the difficult discussions, the mounting pressures and the additional tasks for the to-do-list. My mind was racing. Getting to sleep was hard and I never felt like I could ‘switch-off’ and relax.

Throughout my working life I looked for solutions. I found if I’m not working on a project my mind races – throwing at me pointless messages that add to my stress levels.
