As a professional with a hectic schedule, family and work commitments and my next holiday months or years away, I know there are benefits in managing my mindset.
For me, over the many years working in demanding jobs, raising a family and endeavouring to keep up with all of life’s challenges, I’ve learned to focus my mind. I ensure I have projects on the go, outside work, so I can quieten my mind – giving my mind a much better alternative to repeats of the discussions at work, or the ever growing to do list.
